Knowledge Schools Trust English Hub

The Knowledge Schools Trust English Hub is based at West London Free School Primary in Hammersmith. The school opened in 2013 with two classes and is now at full capacity. In 2015, Ofsted judged the school as ‘Outstanding’ in all areas. We are proud to be recognised by the DfE as a centre of excellence in the teaching of early reading. As an English Hub we support local schools in closing the word gap, teaching pupils to read effectively and to love reading. The school follows the Trust’s own carefully sequenced, knowledge-rich curriculum, underpinned by a drive to overcome inequality of opportunity. ​
